About the event
The dedication will take place Saturday, October 22 at 9:00 a.m. at Trinity Park south of Rotary Plaza; Fort Worth, TX 76102. Limited parking at Rotary Plaza, additional parking in Trinity Park; use Phyllis J. Tilley Memorial bridge to access dedication.
Comprised of a series of five sculptures, each one representing a step in folding an origami Scissor-tailed Flycatcher bird. The five aluminum sculptures are each 8-feet high and painted in a white automotive paint to contrast with the colors of the sky, the levee, and nearby Trinity Park.
