Arts Fort Worth is the new name for the Arts Council of Fort Worth. It is a subtle, but meaningful change that has been years in the making.
What has not changed is our mission and purpose: to promote, nurture and support the arts in our community. We still distribute arts grants, help hire artists to produce works of public art, showcase performers in the Hardy and Betty Sanders and W.E. Scott Theatres, present visual artists in eight gallery spaces, and provide office and studio space for creative workers in the heart of the Cultural District.
What makes Arts Fort Worth new? We are persistently exploring new ways of empowering and promoting artistic talent in Fort Worth and making life-changing artistic experiences available to everyone and ensure the future of the arts in our growing city and recovering arts community. Whether helping unpublished plays get their world premiere performance; providing specialized grants to improve arts organization's diversity, equity, inclusion and access efforts; or creating space for artists to produce temporary public art installations, your donations help us launch innovative new programs and services.
Our ability to respond to the quickly changing needs of Fort Worth’s artists and arts organizations depends entirely on charitable gifts from individual donors like you.
With your support, we will help your arts sector grow and fully return to the important work of inspiring and engaging us all.
Thank you for learning more about Arts Fort Worth and supporting our mission. Together, we make art happen. Visit the Who We Fund page to see the arts organizations who directly benefited from donations like yours through the Arts Fort Worth grants program.
