Print Making Workshop with Ben Munoz

During this relief printmaking workshop, students will draw, carve and print their own woodcut block. We will carve the woodcut using relief printmaking tools (u-gauges and v-gauges). We will also print a small edition; we should be able to pull 1-3 prints by hand using various types of barens. Some pre-drawn woodblocks will be available for student use or those who don't wish to draw, students are encouraged to bring a sketch. There will be a 30-minute lunch break and students are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. Cost is $80 with all tools and materials included.
