Arts Fort Worth’s Board of Directors is a dynamic group of leaders passionate about strengthening our local arts community. Our board members help shape the future of Arts Fort Worth by providing strategic guidance, fostering connections, and championing equity and creativity.

Ensure the arts get critical mission support
Arts Fort Worth is looking for North Texas residents with special knowledge of the arts, education, nonprofit administration, and finance to review grant applications.
To serve as a grants panelist, first carefully review the job summary. (Espanol) Then complete a nomination form, either for yourself or for a friend, colleague, or peer you think might make a good panelist. Panelists will be offered stipends for their service.

Youth Arts Ambassador Program
The Youth Arts Ambassadors Program (YAAP) is a group of high school students (grades 9–12) from the Fort Worth area who create, promote, and facilitate teen programs with Arts Fort Worth.
What do we do?
• Advising, planning, and implementing Arts Fort Worth events such as Youth Art Sync and the Annual Arts Forward Youth Summit.
• Volunteering at Fort Worth art events
• Consulting on Arts Fort Worth initiatives and projects
• Working with Arts Fort Worth staff to create marketing materials to promote teen programs
• Promoting Arts Fort Worth teen programs by distributing flyers, participating in special events, and communicating with peers and high school educators and district representatives

Be a friendly face and helping hand
Arts Fort Worth is in need of enthusiastic and engaging volunteers!
Volunteer responsibilities can range from event support to everyday office tasks. Arts Fort Worth is always looking for people who are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. Reach out to us here to volunteer!

Shape public art in your community
Serve on a Project Core Team and be the voice of your community by providing input and guidance to staff on public art projects in your area. Arts professionals are needed to serve on artist selection panels and the Fort Worth Art Commission with the goal of fostering groups that balance knowledge in art and design, the program’s objectives, and community concerns.
