Creating an arts community for all.

Through four distinct grants that distribute more than $1.4 million dollars to local arts organizations and artistic programs, Arts Fort Worth works to ensure that the arts are equitable and accessible.

Praised for its bold approach.

Arts Fort Worth welcomes the highly anticipated Fort Worth debut of Soy de Tejas: A Statewide Survey of Latinx Art. This dynamic exhibition, curated by Rigoberto Luna, which features over 90 works by nearly 40 artists contemporary native Texas and Texas-based Latinx artists.

What's happening with the Fort Worth Community Arts Center?

In the summer of 2023, a City- appointed Task Force recommended that Fort Worth issue a request for propsals to redevelop the building at 1300 Gendy Street. That recommendation followed a 2022 building assessment that identified a need for $26 million in repairs for the City-owned Fort Worth Community Arts Center.

The historic Fort Worth Community Arts Center exhibits emerging and established visual artists community events, and small performances in seven spacious galleries. Join us for the First Friday Artist Reception every month or enjoy performances the two unique theaters that make up this dynamic arts complex.
